One Night at the Call Center

Review
This was one of the first novels I ever read, and it holds a nostalgic place for me. The call center setting felt fresh and the six characters dealing with their personal struggles while stuck on a night shift was compelling. The ending gets a bit preachy, but the ride getting there is fun. It captures a very specific era of young India's BPO culture perfectly.
