Atomic Habits completely changed how I think about building systems over setting goals. The idea that you don't rise to the level of your goals but fall to the level of your systems stuck with me. I started stacking tiny habits — two minutes at a time — and the compounding effect is real. This is one of those books I keep coming back to whenever I feel like I'm losing momentum. If you read one self-help book, make it this one.
